These terms apply when you use this website and buy from DH Optics, operated by E-KAY RETAIL LLP, Oliyapuram, Muvattupuzha, Ernakulam, Kerala – 686662. By placing an order you agree to them.

Using this website

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. Please give accurate details when you create an account or order, and keep your password private.

Products and prices

We try to show every product, colour and measurement accurately, but colours can look different on different screens. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.

Prescriptions

You are responsible for the prescription you give us being correct and current. We make lenses exactly to the power you provide. If you are unsure, please consult an optometrist before ordering.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or we cannot verify the order — and we will refund anything you have paid.

Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery. Online payment options will be added.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and returns and refunds by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

The designs, text, images and logo on this website belong to DH Optics or its suppliers and may not be copied without permission. Brand names shown belong to their owners.

Liability

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our failing to meet these terms. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for problems caused by an incorrect prescription you provided. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
