Delivery charges
Delivery is free on every order, anywhere we deliver.
Where we deliver
We deliver across India to addresses our courier partners serve. If we cannot deliver to your PIN code, we will contact you and cancel the order with a full refund of anything you have paid.
How long it takes
- Frames without prescription lenses, sunglasses, contact lenses and accessories — usually dispatched within 7 working days.
- Glasses with prescription lenses — usually dispatched within 7 working days, because the lenses are made to your power.
- If you chose to send your prescription later, we start making your lenses once we have it.
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–7 working days depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees; remote areas, public holidays and weather can add time.
Tracking your order
You can see the status of your order in My Account → Orders. We will also let you know when it is dispatched.
Cash on Delivery
Please keep the exact amount ready when the courier arrives. Orders refused at delivery may be cancelled.
Damaged or wrong items
If your parcel arrives damaged or the item is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ekayretail@gmail.com or +91 81139 15991, with photos of the parcel and the item. We will replace it or refund you.
