Ordering and prescriptions

How do I add my prescription?

When you choose lenses for a frame, you can type your power in, upload a photo or PDF of your prescription, or choose to send it later. If you send it later, we will contact you before your lenses are made.

I don't have a recent prescription. What should I do?

Please get your eyes tested by an optometrist before ordering prescription lenses. Lenses made to an old or wrong power can cause headaches and eye strain.

What do SPH, CYL, AXIS and ADD mean?

SPH is the main power that corrects near- or far-sightedness. CYL and AXIS correct astigmatism. ADD is the extra power for reading, used in progressive and multifocal lenses. They are all on your prescription.

How do I know a frame will fit?

Every frame lists its lens width, bridge width, temple length and frame width in millimetres. Compare them with a pair that fits you well — the numbers are usually printed on the inside of the arm.

Contact lenses

Why do contact lenses ask for each eye separately?

Your two eyes often need different powers, so you choose the power and number of boxes for each eye. You can also order for one eye only.

Do coloured lenses need a prescription?

Our coloured lenses are sold without power (zero power), for the colour only. Even so, have your eyes checked before wearing any contact lens.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on every order.

How can I pay?

You can currently pay by Cash on Delivery. We will add online payment options soon.

How long will my order take?

See our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Glasses with prescription lenses take a little longer, because the lenses are made to your power.

Returns and warranty

Can I return my order?

Yes, within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Is there a warranty?

Frames come with 1 Year Warranty against manufacturing defects.
