We do not store card or bank details on this website.

To make, deliver and support your order, including making lenses to your prescription.
To contact you about your order, and to answer your questions.
To keep your account secure and prevent fraud.
To send you offers, only if you have asked us to. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Your prescriptions

Uploaded prescriptions are stored privately. They are not reachable from the public website, and they are only shown to you when you are signed in, and to our staff who need them to make your lenses.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed, with:

Delivery partners, to deliver your order (your name, address and phone number).
Lens laboratories, to make your lenses (your prescription and lens choices).
Payment providers, once online payments are available, to process your payment.
Authorities, when the law requires it.

We never sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use cookies that the website needs to work — to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. We do not use them to track you across other websites.

How long we keep it

We keep order and account records for as long as your account is open, and afterwards for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting records. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, by writing to ekayretail@gmail.com.
